Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs

Give your deviled eggs a tasty twist by mixing in some crumbled blue cheese. Try this delicious appetizer recipe this upcoming holiday season.
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp Superior Selections Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Superior Selections Blue Cheese
½ tbsp green onions, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Boil and peel eggs. Once they are cooled, cut in half lengthwise. Spoon out yokes into a medium bowl and mash with a fork. Then add mayo, mustard, cheese, salt and pepper to the bowl. Stir until well mixed. Put yoke mixture into a sealable plastic baggie and cut off the tip to create piping bag. Pipe mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle green onions on top. Refrigerate before serving.
