Cherry Berry Stuffing

1 cup butter
3 medium celery stalks
¾ cup onion, finely chopped
15 slices of soft wheat bread, cubed
¼ cup Superior Selections Dried Cranberries
¼ cup Superior Selections Dried Cherries
2 tbsp rubbed sage
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Cook celery and onions in butter until onions are tender. Stir in ½ of the bread cubes. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Add the rest of the bread along with all other ingredients. Toss until all bread cubes are well coated.
Stuff turkey just before roasting or bake stuffing in a separate casserole dish for about 30 minutes covered at 325 degrees. Remove dish from oven and uncover. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
