Chocolate Pecan Ice Cream Pie

This recipe deliciously combines two of our favorite desserts: ice cream and pie! Mix up the ice cream you use to create a unique dessert each time you make it. This ice cream pie is the perfect sweet treat as the weather warms up.



1 (1.5 qt) container of Superior Selections Ice Cream (we recommend Butter Pecan or Rocky Road)

1 Best Choice Graham Cracker Pie Crust

1 cup Best Choice Mini Marshmallows

½ cup Best Choice Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

½ cup Best Choice Natural Pecan Pieces

Optional: Chocolate Syrup



Set ice cream out at room temperature for at least 5 minutes to allow to soften. Spread ¾ of the container of ice cream into the pie shell. Use a spatula to smooth ice cream into an even layer. Wrap pie with plastic wrap and place in the freezer to set for two hours.

Once pie is hardened, remove from freezer and unwrap from plastic wrap. Optional: add chocolate syrup to the top of the ice cream layer.

Sprinkle mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecan pieces on top of the pie. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cut into slices and enjoy immediately!

If there are leftovers, be sure to store in the freezer.
