Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

It’s Christmas cookie season! These delightful cookies are perfect for your next exchange.
2/3 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups Superior Selections Dried Cranberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using an electric mixer, beat together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and continue beating until combined.
In a separate bowl combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine dry ingredients.
Add 1/3 of the dry flour mix to the wet mixture bowl; stir with a spoon to combine. Repeat until all of the dry and wet mixtures are evenly combined into one batter. Then, stir in dried cranberries.
Drop batter by the tablespoon (or less for smaller cookies) onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
