Flourless Chocolate Cookies

Skip the flour – our almond butter is the star of this recipe! These chocolate cookies are so soft, gooey and delicious. Can you stop at just one?
1 cup Superior Selections Almond Butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with wax paper. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Stir ingredients together until dough becomes smooth. Then fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop cookie dough into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and place onto cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes, until cookies are slightly puffy and completely cooked through. Let cookies cool before removing them from cookie sheet.
