Green Beans with Figs, Blue Cheese & Cashews

Looking to switch up the traditional green bean casserole this Thanksgiving? Give this easy recipe a try. It’s simple and full of flavor.
1 can of French green beans (or buy 10-12 ounces fresh)
½ cup Superior Selections Cashews, cut in half
1 tbsp butter
¾ cup Superior Selections Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 package Clearly Organic Mission Figs, cut in half
Drain green beans and warm over stove or in microwave. Place beans into serving dish; cover to keep them warm.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook cashews in butter until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour cashews and remaining butter over green beans; toss to coat. Sprinkle top with blue cheese and figs.
