Orange Blossom Breakfast Bites

These flavorful breakfast bites provide quick energy and just the right amount of sweetness to start your morning. They are perfect for breakfast on the go or a snack to satisfy your cravings. The orange blossom honey and coconut combine for a delicious treat.

You can also modify them in a variety of ways. As you can see from the recipe below, I make half with coconut and half without to satisfy the different tastes of my family. Get creative and let us know how you’re making them delicious!

Orange Blossom Breakfast Bites

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
½ cup Superior Selections cashew butter
½ cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup Superior Selections orange blossom honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup sweet and moist shredded coconut

Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together oats, cashew butter, chocolate chips, honey, vanilla and vanilla extract. Place half of the mixture on one side of a pan. Stir coconut to the remaining mixture in the bowl, then place on the other side of the pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Once chilled, roll mixtures into balls. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
