Grab your favorite flavor of our new ice cream line and create this decadent ice cream cake! We selected “Hand in the Cookie Jar”, but you can use a variety of different flavors to make this cake unique. Experiment and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Best Choice Cooking Spray
1 package Best Choice Creamy Wheels
1/4 cup Best Choice Butter, melted
2 containers of Superior Selections Cookies & Cream Ice Cream, softened
1 (8oz) container Best Choice Whipped Topping
Best Choice Chocolate Syrup
1 jar Best Choice Maraschino Cherries

 

Directions:

Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
Crush Creamy Wheels.
Add butter to crushed cookies and mix well.
Reserve 1/2 cup of crushed cookie mixture for topping; press the rest into prepared pan and freeze for 30 minutes to form crust.
Spread softened ice cream over cookie crust and freeze for 2 hours.
Spread whipped topping over ice cream layer.
Sprinkle top with reserved cookie mixture and drizzle with chocolate syrup before freezing for 2 more hours.
Let set out for 10-15 minutes before serving. Top each slice with a cherry.
