Sweet Potato Smoothie

This smoothie is full of natural sweeteners that jumpstart your day with nutrition!
Makes one serving.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk (any kind of your choice)

1 very ripe banana

1 cup roasted sweet potato, diced into chunks

1 tbsp pure organic maple syrup

¼ tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

4-5 ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a blender in order they are listed above. Blend on high setting until smooth. Pour into large glass and start sipping!
