Watermelon Wedge Salads

Nothing beats fresh watermelon in the hot, summer months… until now! We dressed watermelon slices up with a delicious combination of ingredients. These wedges make the perfect appetizer for a dinner party.
Half or quarter-sized watermelon (about 4-6 pounds)
¼ cup sliced red onion
1/3 cup Superior Selections Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 tbsp Superior Selections Orange Blossom Honey
Best Choice Basil Leaves for garnish
Cut watermelon into wedged slices. Arrange on serving plate. Sprinkle onion slices and cheese on each wedge. Then drizzle with honey. Finally top with basil leaves.
Serve immediately. Yields 24-30 servings, depending on watermelon size.
